TERMS/CONDITIONS & TARIFFS
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment in full is expected at the beginning of the recording session. Final Audio outputs will be handed over only after full payment is made.
STUDIO CHARGES
| Hourly Basis (we charge for a minimum of TWO hours): |

| Shift Basis (1 shift = 8 hours): |

| With Visual Reference | Rs. 4000/- per shift |
Additional hours over 8 hours in one session would be billed at our normal hourly rate: that is, Rs. 500/- or Rs. 650/- (whichever is applicable).

PLEASE NOTE:
An additional cost of Rs. 1,500/- (per song) is charged for Editing, Mixing & Mastering (on single Karaoke track). Pitch Correction charges are extra.
During the night, ie, between 9PM & 9AM, the studio can be hired on HOURLY BASIS ONLY
The charges mentioned above do not include accompanying Musicians. Should you require us to arrange for them to accompany you in your recording/s, you would be charged separately for them.
BOOKING & CANCELLATION
- The studio has to be booked for a minimum of 2 (two) hours.
- A non-refundable advance shall be required to confirm your date and time of recording. Cancellation with less than 24 hours, notice shall result in forfeiture of the entire advance.
- Full amount of unused time booked will be charged to the client irrespective of the client's failure to arrive for a session on time or in the event that the client must leave the session early.
- All advance payments may please be made in Cash or UPI or Bank Transfer (Bank details available on request).
- We do not take bookings on telephones unless we have your advance with us.
- Our Studio records only one person at a time (except Duets).
- All accounts are to be settled on the same day in Cash or UPI or Bank Transfer (Bank details available on request).
SETUP TIME
We include a 1 hour setup time in all of our recording packages. For full bands we may require more time.
YOUR RECORDING/S
ECHO does not own or control your recording/s in any way. We can and will provide you with digital copies (WAV and/or MP3) of your sessions at your request. We retain your original DAW session files for 3 months, after which we delete your sessions to free up our hard drive storage space. Please keep this in mind if you are planning on returning to us to add to your recording session/s.
SMOKING
There is no smoking inside the studio. You may smoke outside or in the designated areas, if any.TRASH
Please be considerate about leaving trash around the grounds and the facility. In case you do, you will be expected to clean up all the mess that you make.PARKING AND CAR ALARMS
If you have a car alarm, please be considerate about setting it off. Parking is allowed on the street in front of the studio premises.
USE OF ALCOHOL AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
Absolutely no alcohol or illegal substances are allowed on the property. Any behaviour deemed unprofessional under the influence of any substance will result in immediate termination of this agreement.
HANDLING OF EQUIPMENT
You are liable for any and all damage caused by clumsiness, horseplay or intoxication to both your own equipment and ours (and to anything in the house). You will be solely liable for all equipment broken or damaged in any way under these circumstances. We are not responsible for your equipment or person/s in any way.
